Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles in the 8th of August, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle worked as her manager while she was in her teens. The actress began acting when she was around the age of 4, after growing up at home in Canyon Country with her siblings. Early in her career she worked as an extra on television shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13, she was first cast in the film Friday. In 1997, she gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste, a troubled teenager. She received her first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award Nomination. Good took on small film as well as television roles throughout the next few years. She began to transition into more serious roles in the mid 2000s. On Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter she performed the role of Nina. From 1998 to 2001, she played Nina on Nickelodeon's TV show, Cousin Skelter. Also, she appeared in little roles in the film House Party to the Last Minute (1998) and 3 Strikes (2000). In 2003, she was Vanessa Scott in My Wife and Kids. She also starred in D.E.B.S, an action comedy movie which resulted in her being nominated as Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. Following this, she appeared in a variety of films, including You've been Served the Cookout Venom One Missed call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. While active in 2012, she also appeared appearing on T.V. Films, she played Mya In Think Like a Man with a cast of many stars and actresses such as Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer, originally from Texas has studied at Baylor University Waco Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts. The performing arts degree was awarded in the year 2010. In 2010, she began her career on screen in the web-series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in various local shows. The actress was featured in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in its pilot episode. This series focused on performers moving into an Hollywood California house.
